Course Information |
· Please bring a non-perishable vegetarian lunch for yourself. Drinking water will be provided. · It is recommended to bring a sitting cushion. A bottom cushion (2x2 ft square foam cushion) will be provided. · If you arrive during a meditation period, please enter quietly so that you do not disturb others. You may leave early if needed, but please wait until a break period. · Out of respect for others, please refrain from wearing fragrances during the one-day course.
